The registration fee includes:

Conference dinner
On Thursday evening 12 May, as of 20:00 hrs, the congress dinner will be held at the "Handelsbeurs". The "Handelsbeurs" is located in the city centre of Ghent and within walking distance of all major hotels. Please make your dinner ticket reservation when registering.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be sent to the conference secretariat by e-mail. Payment will be reimbursed if the cancellation is received before 16 March 2011. No reimbursement will be given if the cancellation is received after 15 March 2011.
